Our scanning service provides efficient, cost-effective digitisation of photos.
We use top-tier Epson photo scanning technology and software to safeguard your old photos by converting them to digital files.
- Standard (300dpi), high (600dpi) and premium (1200dpi) resolution available
- Colour enhancement, image sharpening and red-eye reduction included
- Any size photo up to A4 scanned and orientated correctly
- Optional double-sided scanning to preserve hand-written captions
- USB and download link available (Dropbox or Google Drive) with complimentary 3 month backup service

Please note pricing is based on scanning of good condition, loose photos.
Surcharges will apply if photos are in photo albums or have blu tac, staples, sticky tape etc.
FAQs
What scanning resolution is best for me?
If you are planning to create a slideshow with your photos or share to social media, standard 300dpi quality is suitable.
For optimal results when enlarging photos, cropping, and printing, high 600dpi is appropriate.
For best quality scans with image restoration we recommend 1200dpi premium resolution scanning.
Can you store my photos in digital folders?
Yes, if you want to sort your photos into groups manually prior to scanning we can digitally store them in corresponding folders.
Simply sort your photos into groups and label appropriately, we recommend using labelled snaplock bags or envelopes.
How do I get my photos to you and back again?
Door to door courier is available for Victorian Surf Coast residents. If you are from out of this area please get in touch via email to arrange postage or courier (fees may apply).
Original photos will be returned to you on completion of the scanning, along with your USB and/or a link to downloadable files
Do I have to provide my own USB?
You can provide your own USB if you wish, alternatively we are happy to provide an appropriate USB at RRP
What do i do once i have the google drive link?
A comprehensive informative guide will be provided on completion of the scanning, with easy to follow instructions.
Your photos will be backed up centrally by us for 3 months, to allow you plenty of time to download them yourself.
Can you scan images from my photo albums?
Yes, provided the pictures are not stuck in the books and are able to be removed and replaced safely. Surcharges do apply, please email us for a quote.
